Description: This tall and beautiful building in the heart of Korla would be difficult to miss.  The 5-star hotel offers amenities including a pool, a gym, and a spa but it will come at a higher-than-normal cost.  Great for business travelers.

Xiang Jiang Hotel (香江大酒店)   $$

Description: The only reason this hotel is included on the list here is because of its close proximity to the Korla train station.  The two-minute walk might make up for the lackluster rooms.

Jiaotong Hotel (交通宾馆)   $

Pronunciation: jiāotōng bīnguăn      Find it on a Map

Description: As is the case with most “Traffic” hotels, this one is located right next to the Kuqa bus station.  It was renovated back in 2001 and offers cheap rooms, but you won’t be very impressed by the rooms.

Kuqa Inn (库车饭店)   $$

Description: Located a bit east of the city, this hotel may have an out-of-the-way location but it does tend to cater to tourists.  The large grounds make for a nice evening stroll and the prices aren’t terrible.

Description: The best feature about this hotel is its location smack-dab in the middle of the city.  The rooms are in need of renovation but the price is low.
